There are few business now who don\u2019t realise the potential of using LCD TV\u2019s for digital signage applications; they are cheap, compact and can be used for al sorts of purposes from information displays to digital out of home advertising (DooH).<\/p>\n

What puts most people off using digital signage systems, particularly outdoors or in hazardous environments, is the prohibitive cost of using a specific outdoor LCD TV or industrial display.<\/p>\n

These ruggedized and waterproof outdoor LCDs <\/a>and outdoor plasmas can cost many times more than a standard LCD TV.
